Our Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, The Fragrance Drop does not accept returns or exchanges on fragrance samples, decants, or other fragrance products.
All sales are final.
Because fragrances are personal-use products and cannot be verified as unused once delivered, returned fragrance products cannot be restocked or resold.
We encourage customers to carefully review fragrance notes, descriptions, and product details before placing an order.
Scent Preferences
Fragrance performance and personal enjoyment are highly subjective.
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on:

Sampling fragrances is intended to help customers determine whether a scent is right for them before purchasing a full bottle.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or believe something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

We will review each situation individually and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Fragrance Drop is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to use a secure delivery location and monitor tracking information closely.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
